Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the eighteenth Annual General Meeting of the Welsh Divisional Council of the Caravan and Motorhome Club will be held at The Media Resource Centre, Oxford Road, Llandrindod Wells LD1 6AH on Saturday 11th October 2025. (Press link in the address for venue details).
The AGM will start promptly at 11:00 a.m. (please be seated by 10:45 a.m.).
All attendees will be required to produce current Caravan and Motorhome Club cards to gain access to the meeting and to be able to speak and vote at the AGM.
Nomination forms for Welsh Division Officer roles can be downloaded on the link below, or printed forms are available from the Welsh Division Administrator, upon receipt of a written request, quoting your CAMC Membership number and enclosing a stamped-addressed envelope. Completed nomination forms must be received by the Welsh Division Administrator no later than 11:00 a.m. on Saturday 13th September 2025.

1. Apologies for Absence - submitted in writing to the Welsh Division Administrator in advance of the meeting.
2. Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
Copies are available from the Welsh Division Administrator upon receipt of a written request, quoting your CAMC Club Membership number and enclosing a large stamped self-addressed envelope.

These must be signed by a Proposer and Seconder, who must both quote their respective CAMC Club Membership numbers with their submission. Details must be received in writing by the Welsh Division Administrator three calendar months prior to the date of the AGM.
