Members Question Time 

National Botanic Garden of Wales - Saturday 21 March 2026 - 14:00

Please note that this event is now FULLY BOOKED and any bookings received after 19:00 on 20th February 2026 will be placed on a reserve list.  Members on the reserve list will be notified if a space become available and any spaces would be allocated on a first-booked, first-offer basis.

 

Come and meet the panel, which is made up of members of the Caravan and Motorhome Club Executive Committee, Head Office Staff and the Welsh Division  at our next Members Question Time event to be held in the THEATRE BOTANICA at the National Botanic Garden of Wales, Carmarthenshire SA32 8HN.  There will be updates from CAMC Senior Management and opportunities at the end to ask questions of panel members.

Those attending the Meet the Members event will also receive FREE ADMISSION to the gardens on the day and light refreshments will be served after the meeting.  The event will start promptly at 14:00 (2pm) on the day.  Members will need to produce their CAMC membership cards (either in card form or on the digital app) to gain entry on the day.  The gardens will be open from 10:00 until 16:00 on the day.

Spaces are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, so in order to reserve a space, please email the Welsh Division Administrator at secretary@cc-welsh-divsion.co.uk or send a text message to 07484 240036.  Your email or text should include the names of adult members (maximum 2 adults for each booking request) and any accompanying children (under 18 years of age), as well as the family CAMC membership number.   Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you have received a confirmation message from the Welsh Division Administrator.

Members might wish to submit their questions to the panel in advance of the event and if so, these should be emailed to the Welsh Division Administrator at least 7 days prior to the event.  The email should be sent to secretary@cc-welsh-division.co.uk and should contain the outline of the question along with the name, membership number and a contact phone number for the member.

Please note that only assistance or guide dogs are allowed into the gardens on a Saturday and these must be kept on a non-extendable (fixed length) lead or harness at all times. The venue boasts a Cafe serving hot and cold refreshments during the day.
