Notice is hereby given that the Fifteenth Annual General Meeting of the Welsh Divisional Council of The Caravan and Motorhome Club Limited will be held at the National Botanical Garden of Wales, Llanarthne, Carmarthenshire on Saturday 8th October 2022, starting promptly at 11am (please be seated by 10:45am). Caravan and Motorhome Club Membership Cards will be required to gain access to the meeting and to be able speak & vote at the A.G.M.
Nomination forms for Divisional Officer roles are available from the Divisional Secretary, upon receipt of a written request, quoting your Caravan and Motorhome Club membership number and enclosing a stamped self-addressed envelope.
Completed Nomination forms must be received by the Divisional Secretary no later than
11am on Saturday 10th September 2022.
